A very reliable car with no mechanical issues over 10 years I have owned this car. Great on fuel with about 8.0 liters/100kms highway and 9.0 liters/100 kms. city driving.

Purchased a used 1994 Hyundai Elantra before this one and it was a great compact car! That is why I decided to purchase this 2006 Elantra brand new. It has served me well over the years but now I need something larger.

When I was shopping for a used car last year, my sister in law suggested I get an Elantra. She has a 2004 model which she has been very happy with. I was looking for something with a little more styling, but when I happened upon a lot that had several in stock, I test drove a 2006 model, and I liked it enough that I bought it.

It was a good choice. It has plenty of power, it is comfortable, and very easy to drive. Anyone who is looking for a mid-sized sedan would be wise to consider an Elantra.

The Elantra from Huyndai is not the best car ever, neither it is the worst. It is an average car. However, in the "average" cars, it might be one of the best. Great fuel economy and moderate performance, this everyday car is super nice. Also, with it's great design, the Elantra is the perfect car for you.

haven't had anything major go wrong with the car. very solid all around car. nothing fancy, just a solid car.

This car has made many memories for my family, we hate to be selling it, but with a new addition to the family, we had to upgrade to something bigger. This car has been consistently reliable, even on those cold winter mornings and extremely efficient on gas consumption. You will not regret your purchase!

For our first car we got a Hyundai Elantra, we named her Marsh after getting stuck in a marsh on our first road trip after we bought the car. To our surprise the car was in amazing shape and only needed to be towed out of the marsh but it still ran like a charm. The fuel we saved on the trip was amazing. We made it through two provinces and only spend 70$ in gas and we all know gas prices have been sky rocketing for years now! I would suggest buying this type of vehicle for your first car or for people who take a lot of road trips!

Maintained the car, it hasnt broken down and it is alway reliable. The space is larger than most civics and acuras of that time, so its good if you have 2 car seats in the back. The trunk in the newer model is bigger, but is sufficient for 2 suitcases or 1 suitcase and 2 carry-ons. It doesn't pick up like most American cars, but you are rewarded with better fuel efficiency. Ideal is to anticipate the lights and cruise on through, you always catch up to the rabbit start speed demons. Travelled in Eastern Canada and Eastern US, good for city areas with tight parking, extra cup holders help for longer distances. If you liked pontiacs (grand am) and chevys (Sunfires) in the 90's then this is the level up in the 2000's. Its considered a compact car, with fuel approach a sub-compact level. The most important factor - it works, it meets the requirements from going from A to B. The newer versions are even better, but you are paying more for it (new vs. used).

Nice car for short travel but if u whant to do some bigger ride better for you to buy other car . hyundai elantra its not really expensive exterior design are not really nice maybe they can do better then that

always fantastic, reiliable, worked good on gravel roads. it was a wonderful family car. we have never had any problems with it.

I am very satisfied with my elantra. I was looking for a medium size car with good fuel economy. The fact that the company was offering 5 year guarantee also factored into my decision. A friend of mine had bought his second elantra because he was very satisfied with his first one.I have had no problems with it so far and i am very satisfied. The only downside i have found is the fact that after about 15 000 km, i had to change the tires. The same thing happened to my friend. Apart from cheap tires i highly recommend this model.

I've buy my Elantra used at 32,000 km. I've never had problem with it, even if I did 5,000 km / year. It is more fuel economic than my friends car and more reliable. I wanted a car on which I can rely on and the Elantra was perfect for that! The design of the Elantra is good, both inside and outside. It is an amazing car. I recommand the Elantra to everyone who do not have a high budget and want a super car. The Huyndai Elantra is best ration money / quality. You will not be disappointed, trust me!

This is a good little car. Not as powerful as some cars. It is great for driving downtown and parallel parking into small spots. There is lots of room in the trunk. I liked the hatchback. I leased this car for 4 years and didn’t have any service issues. It was very reliable.

We have absolutely loved this car. Bought it when we were starting our family and have used it as a 2nd car. It has been properly serviced and never has an issue.
