I have owned four of these cars. They are reliable, cheap to maintain and fun to drive. There is nothing I would change about the first generation Honda CR-V.

Awesome vehicle. Easy to drive and park. Good on fuel. Great for camping, comes with own picnic table. Can haul a lot of stuff like a truck, but drives like a car.

super safe for both driver and passengers and will always be reliable and never will get stuck in snow

Great on fuel economy, used mostly in the city but can tackle the highway drive with gusto. Parts are fairly easy to locate even though it's older.

Tends to rust on the bottom of the passenger doors. Clock tends to go, just a chip that needs to be re-soldered.

Too bad they made so many changes in the 2007+ models, true gem.

It's one of the best cars on the road in terms of comfort. They got this model right, and the previous owners took excellent care of this car. My mechanic looked over this thoroughly.
It' handles amazingly well around curves!

I own a honda CRV it's a great family car. I feel safe in it. We take it everywhere! My family and I go down to the river with our quads in tow and the CRV has no problem making it down to the river every time!

This is the best autobmobile ever,it can go anywhere,it can be a family car,a cabin car ,a travelleing car,even a camper..lol

Was my mother's vehicle and then when she upgraded I bought it from her for a second vehicle. It runs well and it fairly good on gas. It has had all the required maintenance when it was due. We don't drive it all the time, it is only used when needed. Interior is still in pretty good condition

nice car, had been using it since 5 yrs ago, not much expenses on part and repairs. very comfortable and very good price.

This is reliable, it went 150k+ with no powertrain issues.

The interior space is very limited. Its almost like buying a tall civic. Hate tha fact that your knees are pressed up to the plastic of the lower part of the dash (for the driver).
With that said, the seats fold down which is a plus.

It handles decently, no issues but nothing to brag about.

The AWD is good, once it kicks in you will struggle to find the power from its 2.0l 4 cylinder. Overall urban use suggests an power delivery.

This is a reasonably economic option if you want a SUV on a budget, also consider a RAV4 as well. Both these will keep you smiling as the kilometres pass by.
