I bought this car when I retired and so I haven't put a lot of kilometers on it but I've taken good care of it and it has proven to be a very reliable car. There is no rust and it looks like new. I'm very proud of it.

This car has been extremely reliable and a very quiet ride in the 4 years as a second owner. The maintenance on this car has never slid and the body is in excellent condition for a car of this age. You need to drive it to appreciate the value.

I have owned this car for 5 years. Bought it used with 80,000KM. It now has 150,000 KM's. I use this car as my winter car in Canada and drive it for 6 months of the year in the worst coldest weather. This car is the most reliable car I have ever owned. Never let's me down in the coldest weather. I have put nothing into this car except timing belt , brakes etc. normal maintenance and wear and tear stuff.
Car still drives like new. Looks like new after a car wash. Some rust just starting inside back wheel well.
Cannot recommend a better used car to buy for all the years I have been driving new a used cars.

This car is amazing. I have driven this car all over Canada and the US on multiple road trips and adventures. Living in the Mountains of Western Canada, the front wheel drive vehicle has always been stable and reliable in all kinds of inclement snowy and rainy conditions on mountian roads. With winter tires, I feel confident driving this vehicle is almost any type of snowy weather. Descent gravel road handling as well, and moderate clearance. Great fuel economy and when paired with a roof rack or small trailer can haul a lot of gear with you as well (3 canoes on this car at one point). Have never had a breakdown or any issues with the engine. Solid craftmanship and perfect for Canada winters.

I've owned a 2000 Honda Accord EX 4cyl Automatic since it's initial purchase in November 1999, and there's a reason why I still have it!

The car is very easy on fuel, has enough power to make highway on ramps no challenge, the cruise control and other features make this car feel like a newer car than it is,

The Accord has a luxury car feel but is stiffer than other luxury cars making it more comfortable to drive in a city setting.

It's small enough to be easily parked in the city, but big enough for 5 adult to travel comfortably in the car.

AC and heater are able to keep up with our cold winters and multiple people in the car, and same goes for the AC during the summer.

Cost of ownership is very low. The insurance is low, gas consumption is low, cost of parts is low, labor for repairs is generally fast and inexpensive and the car is very reliable and doesn't spend much time requiring repairs. Since this car is so common, parts are easy to find and as mentioned above, the parts are also inexpensive.

All around, this car is great. I've owner a Accord EX for 14 years, and it's truly an amazing car.

This was my first car. I loved it. I never had ANY problems with it. I bought it from a friend who had bought it new. I had it for 2 years (so it was 10yrs old when I got it) and it was running like new :)

A very reliable car that i can always rely on and it won't sell itself short. The car has a nice design and it was sold at a good price. Whenever i go on a car trip, this is always my first choice over any other of my cars. The car is mine and i plan on using it until it dies. I suggest buying this car if you had the oppurtunity to.

Love, love this car. Even though it's an older model, it's still top-of-the-line. Wouldn't trade it in for anything else out there.

I loved my car ever since i got it, it was my baby, very good cheap on gas and also has enough power to get the job done over all very good car i miss it already.

This car is a beast. Though its a got some years on it, its a very quick ride. Handles like a champ and still gives you 450-500 km on a full tank.

This car is awsome,becouse this is honda.Never let me down.Very comfortible and realy good on gas.Little bit mor expensive than the other cars on the market with same age and milliges but this car can go easely 400k km.

I had a very good experience with this car. The car has sexy looks, and it never broke down on the road. Although it did need something done every once in a while. Its a very good point A to B car. The V-Tech engine supplies the maximum power when needed.

This Accord in 4-cylinder is unbelievably smooth on highway driving. I had it for 2 years and nothing major in repairs. Fill it up and GO.

It is a not bad car. It is somewhat old and not fuel efficient, but performance is good. Styles are a little old but it is okay. Overall not bad.

I have had a wonderful experince with this perticular vechile. It has lasted me over 15 years with miminal repairs and maintance. It seats 5 comfortably has four doors and is enjoyable on long jorneys. I would reccommend this vechile to others on a slighty lower income.

Very good driver excellent in the winter. regular maintence ensures the vehicles performance, Body stayed in excellent condition very low corrision limited to the inner fender flange. Comfortable ride expecially on trips with a well appointed cabin.

For almost 3 years I have owned this vehicle. We have been through everything together, and I have always maintained it very well. I'm not picky, but only people I approve can touch components in my car. It has taken me to school and home with ease, long road trips to Downtown Seattle and up Kelowna and back down to Vancouver. Nothing ever stopped this amazing ride from doing what it's meant for!

I will only say good things about this ride, although normal wear and tear has come and go, everything was within budget. It always listened to me, if I wanted it to go, it goes. If I wanted it to turn or stop, it will do exactly that.

Honda is renowned for its engines life, and I can assure they're right! As a third owner, but this being my first car in high school, I can proudly say.. nothing has stopped us from getting from point A to point B. It does the job, in style, with looks every which way. Also knowing the designer of this model of Accord is the designer of the legendary NSX, makes me even more proud of knowing my car has some of the power from its older brother.

V6 really holds its power, even after 13 years! It still performs top-notch, not sluggish, very responsive, torquey low end, high end performance. I love this car, it has just made my life so much easier.

I bought this car in 2000 when I went away to college. 12 years later, I am still driving it everyday without any problems. The odometer is closing in on 120,000 with no mechanical problems at all. I keep up to date with the maintenance. The light behind the clock and odometer went out a couple of years back, but all else is running fine. I will keep this car for another 1-2 years then give it to my sister. Very reliable car. What more can I say!

I only have the four cylinder model so that's the down side of it but I am glad that I choose the manual transmission and that helps a lot I have more control on the gear.
Nicely equipt and comfortable seating on all seats, even though the car is twelve years old none of them sagged.
I may say its a rust magnet, so I have a few rusted spots especially by the doors. Overall I love this car and it never lets me down very reliable and it feels safe.

Nice car which, in spite of the age, still looks good and drives well. I've had a couple of issues with it (gearbox, exhaust system, transmission, brakes...), but nothing surprising for a car of this age (at least the engine still works well).
I wish it was more gas efficient, but I checked the comparison with newer models, and even the 2012 models consume at least as much gas per kilometer.
The interior is fairly comfortable.
I'm probably going to be the last owner of this car, but I kind of like it and hope it can last me a couple more years.

i have nothing but good things to say about my five speed, out of the many different types of cars i have drove over theses years o have been driving nothing has even come close to my Honda.

The car still runs like when I first bought it. The V6...is nice when you need to pass in a hurry...no lag.
So quiet at times not sure if it is actually running.
Great condition for age and only 129,000 km, with no accidents.
No-brainer to purchase a piece of mind in reliability!

Bought this used in 2004, and it's still on the road today. It has been the most reliable vehicle that I've ever owned. Besides regular maintenance (oil change/etc.), the only work that has needed to be done were the front/rear brakes and a strut, which were done last year. Timing belt was done as well, but those are just wear-and-tear things.

It drives like a sporty coupe should, has power to spare and looks great :) Fuel economy is OK for the engine/horsepower. I have the automatic version. Stock stereo is OK, but most stock stereos aren't the greatest. Leather interior is very comfy, even for long trips. Headlights are good, high beams are a little low, but the car sits low so it's no fault of the lights themselves.

LOVE this car and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sporty, reliable coupe!
