Toyota Tacoma 1993-2015Change

I bought the Tacoma when I moved to the snow belt, and so far, it's been exactly what I expected: solid, reliable transportation with enough weight and power to get through drifts and even the hard, crunchy snowbank from the plow that builds up at the end of my driveway.

i drive one everyday to and from work to the farm and in the bush. this truck has never let me down.After 4 years of owning it i have only had regular maintance. i haul wood in the winter and even with a full load the truck still preformes great.

bought this truck in 2012 for under 20 thousand. never had any problems with it. runs good, drives good, gas last long in it, come winter its been starting very good, im sure this vehicle will last me another 15 years no problem at all.

This truck has been my savior... great for work, great for play and great for the family. I use it for towing the snowmobiles and 4 wheelers all year as well as the camper. Always reliable for me. Not to mention Looks Great!!!

This truck is one of the far best reliable truck you can buy, it has v6 with 190 hp, that help you pull or hull anything , it also have 4x4 which is awesome in winter roads ,

Ive been driving my 4 cylinder toyota for quite awhile now, and i havent driven a truck that`s felt so reliable. The 22r motor is nearly impossible to hurt.

2 days ago i was on the road with my tacoma and it was realy sleepy but with the A-TRACK system it was easy to stay on the road safely.

i have owned two toyota trucks and have been the best even for towing, caring heaving things in the back of truck and i have a 4 door which is the best to be able to take extra riders.

Truck feels solid and has some interesting options. Power package is good , keyless entry, power windows, cruise, etc.
Little bugs like back light bulb for A C fan control burnt out already
Cost of new bulb over $18.
After 1 gas fillup fuel economy does not live up to advertised ratings. Hopefully it will improve.

Great truck with the comforts of a car on the inside. Very reliable and hardworking in any season. Would definitley recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a truck.

6 speed manual transmission, customized, low profile tires, cherry red. This truck goes like crazy. There is no other vehicle I would rather own than this one.

has exceeded my expectations .No problems with the truck other than the rear leaf springs should be stonger thus increaseing the payload.

Owned this truck since new and has been rock solid mechanically. Suspension and ride is above all other trucks I have owned or driven. The only minor issue was some faulty electronics (compass / temp gauge died). Skip the ECP, it covers nothing that actually wears out on this truck.

I had only heard good things about Toyota before purchasing my vehicle and I don't regret it for a minute! I had to wait 5 months just to get it but it was worth every minute. It has looks great, has great fuel economy for a truck and does everything I need it to do. The interior is spacious and comfortably holds my whole family - including a car seat and booster seat in the back. It has lots of hidden storage space under and behind the rear seats, one on each side of the bed, and lots of room in the console and glove compartment.

In love with my Tacoma..by far best decision..i was not even fully sold on a truck until I test drove mine. Love and first ride!
The ride is so so smooth, yet its rough and tumble and can slip over any bump or hump I can find...in the snow, its amazing- there will be no more late night calls cause my car is stuck on a patch of ice and I can't move!
The big backseat provides me with a car like experience with the added benefits of a truck!
Seats are so comfortable, tons of cup holders, I can't say enough good things about my baby!
Toyotas can honestly run forever and ever with very little issues or maintenance, just doing the basics will keep your car/truck running for years and years!
My first car was a 1993 Camry and shes still running for a kid down the street!

A great, classic truck. Reliable and relatively good on fuel for an older model. Comfortable and roomy, but not oversized. Easy to park in the city.

I love my truck. I have had it for 8 years now, with 300 k on it, and it doesn't miss a beat. If it is pulling trailers, quads, going through the mud or snow, it is happy. Never let me down, with no problems. It is a little hard on fuel, but I will trade that anyday for the reliability of the truck.

Very nice ride, always reliable, the 4x4 is great in winter. It is a very solid vehicle all around. My boyfirend put a lift on his truck and nice rims and everything so it is avery sexy black truck. It does guzzele gas pretty quick but usually that is the case with most trucks. I always feel safe riding in it wherever we go, and it is great in all conditions. especially in winter when it is snowy and slushy or icey, it always performs well and having good winter tires is always a good idea as well.

I have the extra cab, 4x4, step-side model, with 3.4 litre V-6 engine. This truck has a lot of pep and is extremely dependable. I bought it used 4 years ago and the only things I've had to replace are one u-joint, one brake caliper and two front brake rotors. I love the look of the step-side and still get comments to this day, even though it's pushing 10 years old. Highly recommended for purchase.

It has lots of storage options and is more comfortable and fuel efficient than the older Tacomas, but not as much fun to drive!

We have had our truck for several years now and love it. We have only had to do minor tune up and repairs. Amazing for the age of the truck and the numger of KM on it.

Great truck, super reliable. Needs heavier springs for real towing. No mechanical issues in 6 years.

Great all purpose truck with great offroad capabilities. Truck is tough and styling doesn't seem to age. Has most standard options the only real lacking are power seats and heated mirrors. Power is very good, the only drawback is fuel mileage plummets as soon as RPM gets over 2000. Comfort ios great and seats are supportive. Overall a best truck buy with great resale and Toyota's reliability
