Lots of power from the thirsty engine. Very comfortable inside with tons of room, you could almost swing a bat in there. Its not a pretty ride, kind of ugly, but you dont have to look at it from inside.

The all-wheel drive system Subaru uses is just amazing. Looks alright inside and out, nothing to flashy. Lots of room for transporting items and goods. Boxster engine pulls nice for a little 4 cylinder in a heavier wagon.
Can't beat the handling off-road and in the winter.
Don't use the tip-tronic, the car only wants to shift when its ready.
Great car!

Was a fun little car when I owned it, not a car for performance-oriented people.

Handling was okay, some feel of the road through the steering wheel, not completely numb
Again good A to B car

Owned from 44k-100k(present).
Had to replace wheel bearings(has ball bearings not needle bearings, ball can't handle lateral g-forces well)
Would be more reliable if I didn't drive 'spiritedly' all the time
Some road noise in the cabin
Shifts pretty good(standard) gets hung up now and then if you are pushing it
Corners nice and flat
