1991 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT 174500KM. We don't need a second vehicle anymore so the Passat is up for sale. She is in good condition and doesn't need much. The Good: -New struts and shocks in the summer. -Clean, non abused vehicle (girlfriend commuting 3 days a week or less in it while we owned it.) -fully loaded: power windows, powersunroof, automatic, 4 cyl, heated seats, a/c (not blowing cold), 4 dr, FWD, -fresh oil change 3 weeks ago -No rust problems -low kms well under 200 000 The Needs: -A mirror piece for driver's side mirror, It fell off. I looked it up about $25-30 -I've been told it idles high at a stop. Its always done this for us, and no problems but maybe it needs a tune up because of that? 1991 FORD MUSTANG 186000KM Manual T5 transmission. 5.0 litre engine. BBK cold air intake and brand new magnaflow cat back exhaust on it. This car just underwent a large tune up that included lucas motor oil, new front brake pads, new rear brake shoes and drums, all new spark plugs and spark plug wires, brand new distributor cap and rotor, oil filter, fuel filter, rear diff oil and seal and a new serpentine belt. All brand new door handles and locks. Good condition, clean interior. Comes with sub wiring kit installed. Just needs a bit of tender love and care. Drips a couple drops of oil every few days, but nothing major. Comes with CD deck, but I do not know how to wire it so it is not connected. Rear tires are bald, should be replaced. Front plastic bumper is cracked and there is a dent on the passenger side front quarter panel. Other than that she is in great condition for her age! She pulls very hard and is a lot of fun, sad to see her go as she was a great car. The reason for selling is me buying a sport bike during the winter as they are dirt cheap. My asking price is $3100 but send me an offer and we can talk. Will consider trades for sport bikes 650cc or smaller. But I may consider other vehicles… Just let me know what you have.
